WHat to expect

Here is a sample 7 day adventure. Exact details will vary per trip, but we start and end each day with group reflections and intentions.

DAY 1 - Upon arrival, we’ll head to colonial town of Antigua and settle into the luxury house in a gated community. Rest and get ready to transform your life.

DAY 2 - Explore the cobblestone streets, colonial architecture, and vibrant markets. Take part in a local coffee farm and learn the bean-to-cup process.

DAY 3 - At a local children’s home, take part in hands-on projects such as painting, gardening, and other community activities. In local villages, bring beds, pilas (large outdoor sinks) and stoves to families.

DAY 4 - Experience an unforgettable adventure of either horseback riding or hiking one of Guatemala’s most active volcanoes. Then stroll the gardens, go shopping, or zipline at the Nature Reserve near Lake Atitlan.

DAY 5 - Fun day at the lake! Kayak at the foot of volcanoes on Lake Atitlan, with hiking, archery, swimming and cliff-jumping. You can also just hang out in hammocks all day and enjoy the views.

DAY 6 - Head to Guatemala City. Enjoy the pool at a local hotel and our last meal together as a team before returning home tomorrow!

DAY 7 - Wake up rested, grab breakfast, and get ready to depart. Take hotel shuttles from hotel to the airport.
