Meet the Team

Gary Oliver

Co-Founder & CEO

Gary Oliver is a public safety professional and leader with more than a decade of experience working in high-pressure, service-oriented environments. As a former Deputy Sheriff, Executive Protection Agent, and Emergency Medical Technician Gary has built a career around crisis response, leadership, risk management, and protecting others. His professional experience is complemented by advanced education and graduate research in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience, with a particular interest in the factors that influence resilience, performance, leadership, and well-being in high-stress environments.

Gary's firsthand experience in public safety, combined with his academic work and involvement in immersive leadership and resilience programs, shaped his belief that first responders need more than another wellness lecture—they need meaningful opportunities to step away from the demands of the profession, reconnect with themselves and others, and rediscover purpose. His vision is to create experiences that combine evidence-informed wellness, meaningful service, adventure, and authentic peer connection, giving first responders the opportunity to invest in their own well-being while making a tangible difference in the communities they serve. He believes those who dedicate their lives to serving others deserve the opportunity to restore themselves.

Allie Simonett

Co-Founder and Relationship Director

Allie Simonett is a law-enforcement professional and relationship builder with more than five years of experience serving a large metropolitan city. She holds a college degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology and has served in specialized roles including a Gun Investigations Unit, Strike Team, and Community Response Team. Her experience spans complex criminal investigations, violent crime, crisis response, civil unrest, and proactive community-based policing, giving her a firsthand understanding of the demands and culture of public safety. Allie also brings several years of professional sales experience, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and create meaningful relationships.

As Relationship Director, Allie focuses on building relationships with first responders, agencies, community organizations, and wellness professionals who share the organization's mission. She understands that meaningful outreach isn't simply about promoting a program—it's about creating genuine connections and making people feel comfortable taking that first step toward investing in themselves. Allie is passionate about introducing first responders to experiences that combine service, wellness, adventure, and connection, and believes that sometimes the most important part of wellness is simply knowing that someone understands what you've been through. Her goal is to make sure every first responder knows there is a place for them here.
